Genesys Cloud Trainer

About the position

Seeking a trainer for a current Genesys Cloud implementation. You will be working in a classroom style with content via remote and in-person settings. Multiple sites with multiple agents in the USA with each having its own independent call center/supervisor/agents. This is an enterprise environment looking for an interactive ramp up solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Agent and Supervisor Training for Genesys Cloud
  • Develop and Maintain Content
  • Provide both Remote and in Person Training
  • Strong experience and knowledge of Genesys Cloud
  • Provide and facilitate training sessions for agents and supervisors
  • Develop on-boarding and up-skilling plans and subsequent training
  • Gauge and adjust your style and timing to best suit your students
  • Practice continuous improvement in all aspects of the job, including, but not limited to: review and incorporation of feedback, adjust daily activities and delivery methods for lessons learned, attend professional development training and conferences


  • Ability to document process and policy
  • 5+ years of experience training
  • Experience in contact centers
  • Excellent interpersonal presentation and communication skills – both written and verbal 
  • Proactive and autonomous with a positive attitude
  • Takes on learning opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
  • Resolves conflict situations effectively with a minimum of noise
  • Empowered by ownership of projects
  • Thrives in a dynamic environment with a high-level of self-sufficiency
  • Fluent in English
